If your business involves selling accommodation, activities, transport or tours in Central Otago - you need to read on!
As the Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) promoting Central Otago, whether internationally, domestically, or locally through the i-SITEs, it is vital we have absolute confidence in the systems that the operators we represent have in place.
To this end, we recently reformatted and re-issued the following forms:
- Operator Application form - ALL must complete!
- i-SITE Agency Agreement form - for i-SITE sales on your behalf
- Direct Credit form - for i-SITE sales on your behalf
Completing (updating) these forms ensures we are meeting our responsibilities, both to you the operator and to the visitors in our region, enabling our continued service on your behalf.
For those who have not already done so, please return all completed forms to i-SITE@codc.govt.nz as soon as possible to enable prompt processing. A very warm Thank You to those who have already responded.
Without these forms we will be unable to promote your business from the beginning of July 2021.
